I take this as a great privilege to express my thoughts, my experiences, my words of encouragements, counselling that I have given over the years, my messages, raising my four children, being a Pastor’s wife for over thirty two years. My journal that I have written and kept over the years; A record of important events of what God has done in my life, and how He has revealed himself to me through his word during times of difficulties. This is very important to me, I feel it worth honouring to give birth to my story. I want my friends, my children and grandchildren to see the struggles we faced in life, and that every challenges that confronts us, and every valleys we have gone through and every mountain we attempted to climb; there was always a call to ‘’Prayer,’’ to get closer to God. They must know that after I poured out energy and time, and creativity into the lives of my children, I still have to make room to sacrifice myself, to be a caregiver to my partner. God is the key to everything in my life that really matters. I have learned to overlook the petty things and the small disappointments, which could trap me in feelings of frustration. Unpredictable incidents can occurred, but is how we interact with others, that can become great teachable moments. We never stop learning, because life never stop teaching us. What we experience along the way can deepened our personal relationship with God and with people.

About the Author
Avis Levy is a devoted Christian, licensed minister, wife and mother of four. She has served in the church along with her husband Eustace for over 32 years. It has given her life long experiences and lessons to be passed on. With transparency she brings you with her on a journey through her life challenges. With God in her corner and the bible as her compass she maps out solutions to everyday conflicts and life altering situations. During COVID 19 Pandemic her husband became very sick later was diagnosed with Alzheimers disease and other illness. She is now committed to a new chapter in her life. There were days when she felt alone and afraid. Then she realized that fear can cripple anyone and make it impossible to move forward, but she did not let fear get the upper hand of her. She depends on God’s great promises to keep her. Everyday she turned to a daily dose of the word of God for strength and courage, there she claimed God’s promises over her life. This led her to her life long dream she had in writing her own book.
