Blake is an attorney in his Texas hometown and has enjoyed a full and successful career championing the rights of those injured or killed by negligence or unreasonably dangerous products and victims defrauded by service companies. He has taught university courses, written for numerous law publications and served as President of the East Texas Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Blake is also a family man and proud father and grandfather of 4 children and 3 grandchildren. Because he cherishes the core principles and values that many of us hold near and dear to our hearts, Blake wanted to share some of those ideals with not only his own family but families around the world through Grandfather’s Advice, a short dialogue he thought worthy to jot down. With a heart for adventure, Blake’s desire is to inspire others through his works to live their own adventures and write their own dreams no matter how large or small. Blake’s philosophy, simply stated in the words of Mark Twain, “Life is short, break the rules. Forgive quickly, kiss slowly. Love truly. Laugh uncontrollably and never regret anything that makes you smile.” You can enjoy more of Blake’s eclectic work on his website, www.baileypontification.com.
All paintings in Grandfather’s Advice are original works by Blake.
