About the Author

Alexandria Pereira is a high school student with a strong love for history and culture. Her grandmother, a history buff and early childhood educator, instilled this interest at an early age. Alexandria found that her peers did not view history with the same curiosity. She recognized that this spark starts at an early age. She wrote this series to foster a deeper appreciation and excitement for history in young children; just like her grandmother did for her many years ago.
