About the Book

Saluting Maddie, the 4th of July Eaglet is about a Bald Eaglet that was born on the 4th of July. The book produces scientific and historical facts about Bald Eagles as well as surprising circumstances that lead to the birth on this "special day". The story has a patriotic tone because of the Bald Eagle being the national bird and emblem of the USA of the USA and also includes an intonation of the accomplishments of those on the spectrum of life.

About the Author

Victoria Pammer retired after teaching for 35 years in the Parkland School District, Allentown, PA., and teaching 5th grade for 29 years at Kratzer Elementary School. Upon her retirement, she began new ventures in her life-one of which was babysitting her grandchild, Katelyn. Her first book, Katelyn and the Crooked Tooth was published in March. Victoria (MomMom) is married with two grown children. She and her husband are now the proud grandparents of two granddaughters. Madelyn is the incentive for her second book, since Maddie was born on the 4th of July.
