About the Book

All through the Storm is a collection of original poems written by author Sidney Crawford. The book gives you insight into Sidney’s personal journey through life. It captures the feelings of one who has struggled with anxiety, faced depression, as well as dealt with the highs and lows that come with chasing dreams. About the Author

Sidney Crawford is 21-years old and grew up in Toronto. She discovered her love for writing at the age of 11, when she began to struggle with anxiety. As anxiety grew, she found it difficult to verbally communicate the more intense feelings that she had. She began to write as a way of releasing the emotions and found her niche in poetry. She says that poetry helped her discover that when nothing seemed to make sense, the answers she needed were nothing more than a few words away. Besides poetry, her writing has given her the opportunity to deliver speeches, win writing contests and publish an article of her own. Today, she continues to share poetry on Instagram and believes that writing will always be her backbone for facing the things that life throws her way. She is an up-and-coming writer and looks forward to her next adventures with writing.
