About the Book

This book portrays me accurately as an individual with a severe case of OCD as well as a form of Tourette's syndrome. Most of my life has been dysfunctional especially from the age of 18 to 60 and has been accompanied by severe anger and destructive issues. I talk about my unique experiences in these regards and my living in largely demolished living quarters. I also discuss my early development and the source of my problems. I hope some readers, will be fascinated by my past circumstances and strange behavior accompanying my existence. The title of this short book refers to all the walls and gyprock I've punched and kicked in. Gyprock.

About the Author

My name is Brian Echenberg and I'm 69 years old at the time this book was written . I'm from Montreal and still live there. The focus of my interest is music and I play 4 instruments, guitar, mandolin, pedal steel guitar and some banjo. I have a severe case of OCD, obsessive compulsive disorder. Most of my life, in that respect , was difficult, particularly my destructive urges, but not so much in the past decade. You might say I kicked the habit. This qualifies me as some kind of expert on smashing walls and windows and everything else I got my hands on, including my beloved musical instruments. I now spend my time playing music and buying and selling guitars as well as investing in the stock market with some degree of success.
