Cheap Hacks for Fancy Coffee at Home

An iced mocha always hits the spot. This is the drink I™m craving after a long work shift, when I need something cold and sweet to sip while watching a comfort show. Microwave 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk with 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate in a mug for 90 seconds. Pour 3/4 cup cold unsweetened almond milk into a blender cup and add 2 doonks stevia. Pour the chocolate mix from the mug into the blender cup, making sure to scrape out all the melted chocolate with a spatula. Pour 1/4 cup off-the-boil water into the mug, and stir with 2 tsp instant coffee. Pour this concentrated coffee into the blender cup, and blend for a few seconds. Pour your cold mocha into a tall glass, and add ice.
