About the Book
My intention writing my story was to air my trauma, in order to therapeutically self heal. However, as the years have passed and I was told I may have borderline personality disorder, so, now my book is to share my understanding of BPD and to share some positive ways of self healing and to put to rest our past child-self. The child we were, that went through various types of neglect and a list of traumatic wrong doings! I don’t want to pity or cry anymore so this is like brain Yoga: tone, strengthen and relax our aching souls. I made it through many hurdles, and it’s always with me. Yes it’s been dormant and it hasn’t vanished. Still, as it’s become borderline personality disorder I can now write my book to share, not the trauma, but the cause, which leads us to develop and heal, a mental health problem. This is to strengthen and enable us to understand who we are and how we became B.P.D survivors! Focus, distraction, studying and caring are some of the ways I’ve gone from’ ME’ age five to ME this present day, the year 2026.
