Simple Truths While we meditate on the prospects of global warming, or listen to political orators lecture us about it, we should be mindful of these simple truths: 1. After more than a century burning fossil fuels non-stop, our atmosphere contains just 4 parts of CO2 per 10,000. 2. An amount equal to two-thirds of CO2 emissions gets “rinsed” out of the atmosphere every year. 3. The atmosphere is moving toward a saturation point; every year it retains a lesser portion of CO2 emissions. 4. Recent non-warming temperatures contradict the CO2-driven warming formula.

"Astronomical Weather” A decade ago there arose a realization that burning fossil fuels, thus discharging CO2 into the atmosphere, raises earth’s temperature. In due course, it is feared, increasing temperatures will expand oceans and melt polar ice caps. Oceans will rise, submerging coastal cities under the seas like ancient Atlantis. Curtailing carbon fuels will cause economic chaos across the world as we have no economic alternative. “Astronomical Weather” informs the reader of the character of this global warming threat; and assesses its validity.
