About the Author

Growing up Lisa Pace was known to have quite the imagination. Her creative mind lead her to a BA in Fiction Writing from Columbia College Chicago. She went on to teach English and Writing at the elementary level before earning her MATL from Roosevelt University. Lisa has since fallen in love with nutrition, adopting a vegetarian lifestyle. Lisa resides in the windy city of Chicago, is happily married, with three adult children and three adorable grandchildren. She is an avid reader, creative writer, loves traveling and is always excited to try a new restaurant. Her goal is to conquer all of the flavors of the world, one bite at a time.
