Sammy was a black and white wavy haired Sheltie dog. She was always with Towhead. Time came for Towhead to go back to school, where he met a new friend, Archie. It was not too long when one of them needed help. Who comes to the rescue? Sammy, saving the day!

About the Author

Helen L. Merrell: Ivy Tech senior scholar just retired from 30 years as a real estate woman, 15 years as a pediatrician physician’s assistant. She taught music, guitar, and had her own musical choir. Singing at nursing homes and churches. She raised two children, both honor students throughout their school years. They both became fine young people and raised families of their own. Helen started writing at the age of 13 and continues to this day. Almost blind with macular degeneration and nearly deaf she’s shows no signs of stopping. She enjoys life everyday and laughs the hardest. She truly is a wonder to behold.
