About the Book

I grew up in church but sometimes I would get loss with the translation of what God’s word really meant and how it applied to my life. The stronger I grew in the word and in my prayer life I learned how to break down the scriptures and have them make meaning in helping me learn the will of God and how to be an encouragement to others. In some of the most difficult times I faced I knew God would not leave me nor forsake me so my faith and my praise got me through. I lost a lot of things but I never lost my praise. When life knocked the wind out of me and I couldn’t go any further I learned to crawl my way through. Today I want to encourage you to do the same. Allow me to help you navigate through God’s word while being encouraged and blessed.

About the Author

Life has not always been easy but she knew with prayer, praise, and her faith in God she could face even the toughest situations. Sandy Ward is a native of Houston, Texas. Growing up she had no choice but to be strong because she was the only girl with three brothers. Sandy’s parents worked in the field of education which helped prompt her love for children and passion to become an educator. Her grandfather and uncle were pastors and she grew up in a faith based house. Praying quickly became a part of her daily routine. She grew up not just in church but in the church’s choir and endulged in God’s word. She learned to push through some of life’s toughest challenges by trusting God and standing on his word. When Sandy is not writing you can find her cherishing life with her children, friends, and family while offering encouragement to those around her.
