About the Author
Dr. Heather has dedicated her life to wellness with an interest beginning when she was very young. All her interests revolve around health practices still; it is a true passion. Assisting others is second nature; so naturally, she was drawn to the healing arts and graduated in 2008 with a dual Masters in Integrative Medicine and Naturopathy and her doctorate in Alternative Medicine, Dr. Heather continues her education as her hobby. She holds additional credentials in multiple holistic healing methods such as Biofeedback, Neurofeedback and Craniosacral Therapy, pain and stress management, trauma recovery and Anthroposophical Medicine. Dr. Heather tends to work most with digestive health, immunity/autoimmune conditions, endocrine imbalances, and the management of stress (psycho-emotional regulation), including a technique of counsel or mediation with couples. Dr. Heather has a mixed family of six and enjoys the outdoors and off grid home life.
