I believe that becoming a police officer is a calling from God. Most are called to do God’s will, to help, to protect, to serve the community, Some do it for the wrong reasons, power, dominance, to carry a gun and a badge, to abuse others. These things are not the will of God!

About the Author

The author is a retired policeman from the Detroit Police Department. He has served for 26 years, first as a patrol officer, then 16years in the narcotics division, and He finished his career as recruiter. He retired in very good standing and received several awards. He is now an ordainded minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
