My name is Rosalia. I have worked for many years within the social care and the public sector in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and London. I began working in mental health some time ago, and alongside training in alternative therapies including nutrition. I have been passionate about food and healthy eating for most of my life. Coming from an Italian family I love cooking healthy tasty food that makes you feel good.
I am a huge advocate to health and wellbeing, meaning that nutrition is so important as well as learning to live a healthier lifestyle through the way we live our lives. I had a few articles published four years ago and this is my second cook book to be created.
