I am so proud of our PeopleTek Team. Over the past 20+ years we've been helping individuals of all levels succeed and be less frustrated and more effective in their roles as leaders. We believe that everyone is a leader regardless of title, role or level, as we all have the ability to influence others. The sooner each of us has the courage to deal with the daily adversity we face in our job or career, and with our bosses, peers, customers and colleagues, the better it is for everyone. Our coaching team has helped so many individuals and teams increase their awareness levels and address the obstacles that were holding them back. It also lends itself to the practice of living our professional vision, mission and goals that will transform any team and culture. We’ve been providing weekly leadership tips for over a decade, and I receive feedback everywhere I go that our tips help leaders practice their skills, abilities and talents each day in the workplace. This makes my heart sing because we will now have healthier leaders, teams and organizations that stop practicing toxic behaviors and start coaching to innovation, growth and prosperity for all.
