After having successfully completed and attended over a hundred march outs, Mervin Mitchel wanted to make a greater contribution to the wider military community to help alleviate the amount of stress and anxiety that armed forces personnel experience when faced with the handing over of their military quarters. Too often, military tenants find themselves in a position of complete bewilderment and uncertainty about what to do and how to do it with march outs. About the Author

Mervin D. Mitchel is a military veteran who served in the cavalry regiment, The Kings Royal Hussars, in the British Army for nine and a half years from June 2009 to January 2018. While still serving in the military during the last three years of his career, he started and operated a part-time cleaning business (Mitch’s March Out Services), providing march out or end-of-tenancy cleaning services to serving soldiers pre-dominantly within the Tidworth, Bulford and Larkhill Garrisons. He developed extensive knowledge and experience on march out cleaning and went on to document his entire process. This he produced in the form of a step by step guide, that anyone could follow to achieve the same predictable and successful results he did, to get his clients to pass their march outs, every time. Also included in the booklet are the TOP TIPS to look for and cover, that housing officers use to determine a pass or fail. He has outlined the key confirmation checks to be made after cleaning and before march out to GUARANTEE that well anticipated pass.
