Through grief, tragedy, divorce, sickness, aging, death, and other storms of life, God shows up. But we must be open to his holy presence; we must know that he is a rewarder to those who diligently seek him. “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him” (Hebrews 11:6).
A book composed of short stories, prayers, journal entries, and scriptures, To Them Who Love the Lord, is inspiring and reminding of God’s love, goodness, mercy, and grace. It reminds us, as humans, that when we have no strength, God is our strength. “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in time of trouble” (Psalm 46:1).
