About the Author

David has over 20 years of Supply Chain and Manufacturing experience as various levels. He has lead teams through facility startups, warehouse management system changes, and workstream redesigns. He brings first hand ground floor experience as he has personally seen operations within multiple companies and has supervised managers from front-line positions to senior levels.
