The main reason for this book is to respond to the misleading interpretation of God’s Word by teachers and preachers who want to dictate the Bible instead of guiding the people who are looking for truth! There is a big difference between guiding someone with the Word and leading someone down the path to their denomination or their religion. Most people, when talking scripture, talk their denomination and it doesn’t even seem to matter what religion you call yourself. When people do that, it fails the person speaking and the person or class who is listening! This book is neither down nor high on any religion, but it does and will point out where we feel a certain belief or practice doesn’t line up with what scripture says. If your religion practices a certain way or believes something contrary to what is written about as scriptural, then we believe it’s up to the individual to find truth! We would suggest that you study to find truth. If you go to the teacher or preacher that leads you in a certain direction in the first place, then you may end up with what you have already been taught and you will always fall right back into the practice you had believed before, even if it’s just a denominational way of looking at a long standing ritual. Right or wrong, you are still in it. In this book, you may well find different ways and ideas to try to get teachers to follow the Bible instead of what they were taught or a philosophy that they heard their preacher or someone else point to for many years. There is a certain amount of brainwashing in every religion on the face of the earth. That’s how they get their religion and denominations to grow and their philosophies to spread. Here is the most important advice we will be able to give you. While reading this book, please stop and think about what we have written. If it gives you a new way of looking at a certain topic, ritual, denomination, your religion, or any religion, then you need to study to find TRUTH! That is an easy statement, but it is the hardest thing to do. Most people go back to what their denomination has taught them on any topic and they look at the topic with a closed mind. You might as well say that you never really studied it at all and that you just followed someone down that huge road to that large door. If you study with an open mind to truth, then you have to divorce yourself from the practices and the brainwashing of your past. What some people don’t realize is that at times you may find out what you believe has a hint of truth. If that is all you want, then go for the hint. There are many times when you study with that open mind that you find out that you’re following a denominational ritual and philosophy. In reality, it doesn’t line up with the Word unless you take a part here and a part there. Then, by God, it fits! We believe your religion should fit the whole part, not bits and pieces! Everyone should read this book with an open mind and an open bible. Study to find truth. The real truth just might surprise you!
