About the Book

The book was created to bridge the gap between the generations by combining wisdom, faith and unity to create a better tomorrow. The book is intended to help low-income diverse communities create solutions to develop and prepare the next generation to lead and be contributing members of society. We need to reclaim the youth who have been marginalized and do not see a pathway to success. By using the examples in this book, the readers will be able to visualize how to build long term relationships with future generations. These relationships should focus on meeting the needs of the young people in the environment and situations that exist today. In the book, the story of Rev. Henry W. Botts is a testimony of how faith, love, and unity create strong individuals who contribute greatly to the success and strength of the family, organizations, and communities.

About the Author

I’ve always wanted to write my families history and legacy but never found the time, until now. Writing this book has been a journey of discovery and enlightenment. The journey has drawn a distinct parallel between my past, the legacy of my grandfather and the present. I have certainly learned who I am and where I am being led. Grandfather is still having a profound impact on my life. My next book will available by 2020. I am developing the faith-based manual to teach generations the principles and practices learned from my grandfather’s life and legacy. In addition, it includes insights from my knowledge as a faith-based female leader, mother, and successful business developer as tools. STAY TUNED!!!
