About the Book

Al the Alligator is a preschool tale of a reader like no other. Al will read anything and everywhere. He cannot get enough of his favorite thing—books. This book teaches about the love of reading and sharing.

About the Author

Lu Trejo is a native of San Antonio, Texas where she has worked as a paralegal for over thirty years. She attended Baskin Elementary School, Longfellow Middle School and Thomas Jefferson High School. Together with her family and boyfriend Marcello, they are raising her granddaughter Daniella, who is also the illustrator of this book. Lu read to her granddaughter every night. And every night she also made up a story. Together they are bringing their fond memories and stories to the printed page for other parents and grandparents to share in the joy of reading and story telling with their children and grandchildren. Reading and writing have been life long hobbies for Ms. Trejo.
