Reader by night, physician by day; Marie Davis started writing stories about the unsung heroes in medicine, family doctors. These doctors don’t have the glory of surgeons or cancer doctors but they work in the trenches and know the stories of everyday people. Patients bring their deepest fears to family doctors for help and wisdom. At the same time, these doctors are people too and struggling to build their own lives.
