He was thinking fast as to which draconian actions to take against his boss. Flt Lt. Quito had only one thing in mind, to eliminate the Wing Commander. He sat there on the veranda of his two bed roomed house, his mind racing while his thoughts were wild as usual. A cigarette dangled from his thin pouted lips. It peeled wisps of smoke which curled lazily up, enshrouding him in ice blue whorls and forcing him to squint his eyes. He had been sucking the tobacco smoke in huge gulps for some time as if to quash his frustrations. He paused in between, trying to collect his thoughts in a haze of brandy that was clouding his brains. He drank with the confidence of a viceroy of the Indies. A resolve began to crystallise at the back of his versatile mind. Time slipped by between one glass and another. The mid-day sun was sweltering high. The look in his dreamy eyes invited no further conversation. His brow was wrinkled as if pale shadows of thought were going in his mind. At times, he clenched his fist and punched the air, following it up with a litany of vulgarly, that made one’s hair stand on ends. He looked as hard as his reputation. The fact that he was not afraid to poke his head in, where boots and fists were flying made him a deadly predator. Considering his character and his viciousness, those who saw him that morning, avoided him at all costs. He had no more respect for human life, than he had for the life of a dog, and that was the daily talk in the barracks. Flt Lt. Quito Otsuka’s mind was running helter-skelter as he tried to figure out a suitable formula to eliminate the Wing Commander. Because of his middle management rank, he was entrusted with a 9mm semi-automatic pistol, and he considered using it in his predatory mission. A 9mm pistol without a silencer wasn’t good enough for the job, it would obviously create a scene, he thought sadly. Still, it was impossible for him to obtain a silencer from the military police entrusted with the security of the armoury. His request was likely to raise eye brows, and considering his sporadic run-ins with the military rules, he could find himself shoved into that dark cellar once again for life. Having considered a gun noisy and therefore dangerous, a bayonet messy, and a length of lead piping unprofessional, he resolved to rely on his hands. If what he had learnt from that Korean Kung Fu grand master, some years ago was anything to go by, the Wing Commander was to be his guinea pig. Swearing like a trooper, unprintable oaths that could tore one’s heart, he resolved to employ that potential deadly martial arts strike. If the “death touch” strike is alleged to have killed the legendary martial arts expert, Bruce Lee, why should it fail that moron of a goat, he thought sardonically. He recalled how he used to break four centre metre thick concrete slabs and piles of floor tiles, learning that technique. Thus delivering a force of up to 2800N in the Wing Commander’s epigastric region was the only solution to kill him softly. His Korean instructor used to warn them that, only the palm heel or bear hand strike (kumade) was simply the best. It killed softly without leaving a trace on the surface of the body. He whistled, half danced and kicked the air aimlessly, his eyes narrowed into thin slits of accusation. He downed the last glass of brandy, felt a thrill of jubilation at the prospect of seeing his boss kiss life goodbye. Ever drunk and smoking, he slid his big frame into the house. He emerged from his den, carrying his karate attire, his good natured features drawn together in a worried frown. He got into his BMW 330i convertible, engaged gear and left the parking lot with a screech of burning tyres, as if a whole contingent of traffic cops were hot on his trail. His intention was to finely hone his killing technique. There were many floor tiles, as well as several four centimetres thick concrete slabs at the gym. He was convinced that if he could break quite a number of those slabs, he could deem himself fit to accomplish his mission. His red, fleshy face was dark with suppressed rage and venom, as he began the spade work of his deadly mission.

Whether she will succeed, or not, it’s everyone’s guess. Already many feel that a lot of the security conservative and contemporary thinking top brass had signed the promising youngster a death warrant, and probably an early ticket to heaven.
About the Author
Charles Sam Seisa was born on 9th April 1974, in Magapatona ward, Tutume village, Botswana.Seisa a brilliant child all his schooling life, was born to the late Mokhala Sam Seisa and ChipoSeisa and is the eldestin a family of six siblings. He did his primary education at Tshwaragano Primary School, Gaborone and Magapatona Primary School, Tutume from 1983-1989. He then proceeded to Pandagala CJSS for junior certificate from 1990-1991. He matriculated in 1994 at Mc Connell College, Tutume. He then went for TireloSetshaba (National Service) between 1995 &1996. After completing his national service, he enrolled for a Diploma in Medical laboratory Technology at the Institute of Health Sciences, an affiliate of the University of Botswana (UB), & completed in May 2009. In 2000 he enrolled for a Diploma in Accounting & Business Studies at UB, & completed in 2003. He has been working for the Ministry of health as a Principal Medical Technologist based at medical labs around the country. He enrolled for a two year a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Technology at University of Johannesburg (UJ) in 2008, but left after he fell out with a Molecular Biology lecturer. In fact he had passed all other courses within a year of his two years study period, but Molecular Biology theory of which he ran short of 4%, & hardly accepted the results citing, “…beyond repair academic and racism relations with the lecturer that had fallen asunder.” He refused to retake the subject for fear of honouring a hatched plot to fail and humiliate him by the same lecturer, and opted to out of UJ, and South Africa. He was later admitted at UB in 2009 for a BSc.Medical Laboratory Sciences, but his sponsors who had initially embraced the cost effective UB move, somersaulted. They declined to sponsor him, pressurising him tohonour his final year and completehis studies at UJ, but he too declined to set foot again at that university as long as that lecturer was still in charge of Molecular Biology, thus abandoning his studies. Charley, as he is affectionately known to his well-wishers, is a born again Christian & a recording gospel artist. He is married to GofaoneSeisa and they are blessed with 2 boys, Samuel AlebakweSeisa alias Sammy, Judah Rorisang& Naomi ShammahSeisa. He runs a company, Divine Completion Industries (D.C.I) (Pty) Ltd& Divine Call Investment (DCI), which have a number of businesses operating under them. He co-owns another company; Blessed Systems Services (BLESS) Pty, Ltd, which sells automobile spare parts, mining& does consultancy work. He also engaged as a business consultant in her wife’s company trading in non-precious minerals, brick moulding & concrete products. Together with his wife, GofaoneSeisa, (BEd.Economics& Management Sciences) a graduate from Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), South Africa, and director of Victors Power Industries (VPI) (Pty) LTD, they are engaged in mentoring youth in business matters, as well partnering with some Christian ministries who give to the needy worldwide.
