About the Book

Gavin and Chloe are bored, and Grandma makes suggestions that lead to the cousins having conversations about snow. They also make an interesting wish and enlist a very reluctant Uncle Charlie in their plan! How do the cousins keep from being bored? Does their wish come true? Does Uncle Charlie participate in the cousin’s plan? These questions will be answered as you read the first book in Gavin and Chloe’s Cousin Adventure series.

About the Author

Ms. Wood is a teacher in Grays Harbor county, Washington. She also tutors after school in her home and especially enjoys teaching middle school math. Her hobbies include reading, writing, listening to music, and holiday cooking and baking. In fact, she incorporates seasonal cooking projects in her teaching. Ms. Wood enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren who inspired this book series. She is also working on other educational book projects at this time. Illustrator: Born in Argentina, in 1983, Nico is a self-taught illustrator who has worked on numerous children’s books since 2008. His passion for drawing was immediate, as Nico drew throughout his childhood and into his teen years. Nico says “being able to work as a professional illustrator is like a dream come true. Collaborated with authors and publishers from USA, UK, Canada, France, Israel, South Korea, Norway, Spain, among others. He currently resides in Argentina with his wife, Blanca, and his 7-year-old daughter, María, who is also passionate about drawing.
