About the Book

The Adventure of Grasshopper Jones and Coon is a short story about two racoons that go on a short adventure to see if they can find a way to plant more seed and grow more crops. They had a tough time with the crows interfering in growing grass and wanted a more productive way to grow grass. They decided to look downriver and went as far as they could and then met a man and his wife. The man said he could help them with growing more grass, and so they went to his house and had dinner. Then the man helped them to grow more grass.

About the Author

He was born in West Germany September 5th 1969. Moved to America a year later and lived in Washington D.C. for a year. Grew up in Sacramento CA until age 10 and then moved to the LA area of California. He then moved to Oregon and also Denver Colorado. Moved back to Sacramento at age 18 to finish High School. Went to Sacramento City College and studied art. He then joined the USCG and went to American Samoa and back to Seattle Washington in 90 days. He went to Cape May New Jersey for basic training. He received the Physical Fitness Award for overall high scores in push-ups, sit ups and running for a mile in a half. He ran the Mile and a half in 10 min and 56 seconds. He received this Award in New Jersey USCG Basic Training in 1991. The year before he joined the USCG, he was a missionary to England for 2 weeks. He talked to people about the Bible. After he got out of the USCG, he lived in Sacramento until age 29 and then moved to Coos Bay Oregon and lived there until he was 39 years old. That is where he wrote the Adventure of Grasshopper Jones and Coon. He then moved back to Sacramento at age 39 and played Softball for 8 years on a team called The Sacramento Saints. He was the Manager and played 3rd base. He have also recorded 118 Country and Hard rock songs at a studio in Sacramento CA called Alien Productions. All his 118 songs are on Number One Music - JC and The Sunshine Band.
