Dixie and Pixie are off on an adventure in a far-away land. They are about to encounter creatures and wonders on a never before seen mysterious island. Their lives change along the way as they make a new lifelong friend and realize that dangers lurk in the shadows. While attempting to find their way home, Dixie and Pixie must overcome perils and unravel the elusive island’s greatest surprises and mysteries. Join Dixie and Pixie as their journey begins!

About the Author

When Dustin’s two daughters were young, he created two fictional characters based on them named Dixie and Pixie. He would entertain them with bedtime stories of Dixie and Pixie’s epic adventures. Dustin wanted to preserve these stories for his family by writing them down. He felt inspired to write more imaginative stories of Dixie and Pixie and to share them with other families. Dustin’s career is in business. He has a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management. He spends his summers speaking to and inspiring youth across the country. Dustin lives near St. Louis with his wife Lisa and their four children.
