About the Author
Roy Lee Vale was born in Edinburg, Texas, and currently resides in San Antonio, Texas. He has been married to Monica for thirty-six yrs. They have four children, Lauren, Jessica, Ross, and Ryan, and seven grandchildren, five girls, Adalene, Raelyn, Aubrey, Kelsey, Sarina, and two boys, Mason and Rhyler. Vale spent fifteen years in insurance sales and twenty-one years in sales performance management and business coaching. He coauthored with Brian Tracy the National Academy of Best Selling Authors book, Change Agents. He has received numerous awards and set records, achieving mostly top 10 percent and higher performance results. As for having a balance in life, he is continuously working on it but knows that statistics and awards don’t matter in this category. Every day is a new journey. Vale loves sports and attempts golf. He likes yard work and is somewhat competitive. Vale grew up in the welfare projects and actually considers that to have been one of his advantages in many ways. When he was young, he fought for territorial rights, pride, and glass bottles (they would get deposit money when returning glass bottles to stores in those days). Now, in this new transition, he is fighting for knowledge, wisdom, a spark, quality memories, and a richer balance. The love of his life is Monica. His inspiration is his mother. Several people have motivated him. His purpose for excelling is his four children. His reason to live longer with wisdom and strength is to be there for his grandchildren. His passion for spreading a good message comes from his faith, and his excitement for writing this book is from you. His goal for this work is to simply help people ignite a spark in one or all areas of their lives for more powerful and significant results.
