His leadership skills have been showcased in leadership/mentorship roles inside the worlds premier innovative fighting force, the United States Air Force. Abandoned by his own father he was often subjected to the various options of streets life during a time when crime, gangs and drugs were prevalent in inner cities. Even going down paths miles awaty from his own D L. saw things happening and made continuous choices to focus his life on being a man of honor, valor and a inspirational spark for others. He uses his owns life failures, trials and triumphs as a guiding light toward others true success.
