About the Book
The piece that you are reading now has been the most difficult piece I have written in the whole book. Having to write about the author when the author is yourself – without sounding pretentious- quite frankly does not suit me.
What we have here is a collection of words that form what I would like to be perceived as poems. Most of which have been inspired by family and friends in the past and present, above and below ground. There will appear to be a certain darkness in my words, but hidden amongst the rubble you may find some beauty.
