JK likes to think that he is not afraid of anything, but really, he is a fraidy cat. JK is afraid of big, loud, moving things, and that includes two little boys, Charlie and Nathanael. With Grandma’s help, the boys learn to make friends with JK, the fraidy cat.

About the Author

Lilita Hardes has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Wisconsin for over 36 years. She was on the child psychiatry teams of two prominent Milwaukee hospitals before starting a private clinical practice where she counseled hundreds of children and families. Recently, Lilita and her husband moved to San Diego to be closer to their two adult children and two grandsons. She is now writing and enjoying time with family. San Francisco based artist Elsa Linsky comes from a family of professional artists and musicians. Elsa channels her creative energy into her own original artwork and music.
