About the Book
Read my true story of how this progressive disease, multiple sclerosis, has taken over my life since the age of 18. I have endured many trials and tribulations along my journey. My name is Zulfikar Rajulawalla. I was born in Leeds, Yorkshire, on 5 July 1986. I currently live in Essex independently. I want to share with you my experiences with multiple sclerosis (MS), starting with my early experience of symptoms back in high school. I left school when I experienced physical and visual difficulties. When I was 17 years old, I was out one night with a friend and suddenly had very bad shaking in my right hand. A few weeks later, several other symptoms occurred throughout my entire body. Ten months later, at the age of 18, I was diagnosed with a moderate form of relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis. MS is considered to be the most common autoimmune disabling neurological condition.
