About the Author

James H Rayner attended National Bible College in Washington D.C. for Ministerial Intern Training under Dr. TL Lowry. He then attended Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa Oklahoma under Kenneth E. Hagin while working for Oral Roberts at Oral Roberts University as a prayer room counselor. He then attended Grace Fellowships, School of the Local Church where he focused on the Greek New Testament under Dr. Bob Yandian while working in the counseling department as a counselor. He worked as an addiction and substance abuse counselor, and a depression and suicide prevention counselor. After pastoring for 10 years in Virginia he was then asked to cohost a radio show in Macon Georgia. With BB & G Network. The radio program is called Promises.
