Khelan O. Mohammed Ameen is an assistant lecturer at Sulaimani Polytechnic University, (SPU) Communication-Engineering Department at College of Technical Engineering. She has achieved her master’s degree in computer Networking Science at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.
