About the Author

Vicky-Lyn is no stranger to poetry writing. She published her first poem at the young age of fifteen with the American Poetry Association and since then she has been inspired by close friends and loved ones to write many more. Over the years she has received honorable mention for her poetry, editors choice awards, and has also been noted as an outstanding poet and poet scholar. She has published three books of poetry and has had several poems made into songs by various recording industries.
