Chapter 3 The Energy within Awakens (Your energy centers) There are energy centers that exist within the physical body that are archetypes for different thought patterns and these are known as your chakras. Within us exist seven main chakra points which allow both physical and etheric energies to flow through us, and there are also six to seven more outside of the physical body but right now we are only going to be talking about the seven within the body. The chakras each have a different color which corresponds with their energy wavelengths as well as a sound; the first one that we are going to start with is the root chakra. Root/base chakra: color corresponding is blood red Sound on the musical scale in which it is associated with is: Do Other sound it is associated with is: Lam Element that is associated with is: Earth Relates to part of the body: adrenal glands Keyword: “I have” Sacral chakra: associated with the color orange Sound on the musical scale: Ray Other sound it is associated with is: Vam Element that is associated with is: water Relates to part of the body: genitals Keyword: “I want” Solar plexus chakra associated with the color: yellow Sound on the musical scale: Me Other sound it is associated with is: Ram Element associated with is: fire Relates to part of the body: pancreas, adrenal glands Keyword: “I can” Heart chakra associated with the color: emerald green Sound on the musical scale:Fa other sound:Yam element associated is: air relates to: Thymus keyword:” I love” Throat color associated with: blue/sky-blue sound on the musical scale:So other sound:Ham element associated with: sound relates to: thyroid keyword:” I speak” Third I color associated with: indigo sound on the musical scale:La other sounds:OM element associated with is: light relates to: pituitary gland keyword:” I see” Crown color associated with is: Violet/purple sound on the musical scale:Te other sounds:OM relates to: penile gland keyword:” I know” These are the seven chakras but this is a very basic knowledge on them I want to go ahead and expand on each of them, however before I dive in I do want to say that your chakras can be blocked. Later I will get into some symptoms of how you know your chakras are blocked and some ways that you can unblock them, but there is one sure fire quick way to do this, and the quickest way to realign and clear your chakras is to simply saying the musical scale Do, Ra, Me, Fa, So, La, Te, Do the sound that you make when singing these notes move through your body and can help to open up your chakras or perhaps realign them which ever you need help with. I would also like to state that the chakra system is not permanent it is not something that you will continuously work with it is something that when you are starting out will help you to attune and recognize different energies but once you become accustomed to the more subtle energies if you choose you can get rid of your chakra system it will not harm you or hurt you and it will only be done once your higher self (which we will talk about in another chapter) allows that to happen and you will know when but for now let us stick with the energy system right now. Let’s jump right in to the first chakra which is the root/base chakra this chakra is related to survival and the physical body as well as money, safety, and shelter is located at the base of the spine this chakra is used for grounding yourself
