Drew and the Magic Paint is a book about a young boy who is faced with choices. Trapped and imprisoned by a crazy magician, Drew must think and make the right choice not only to outwit the magician but also in an attempt to gain his freedomand make it home before he is turned into a monkey.

About the Author

The author J. P. LaRue was seventeen when his life was turned upside down as the result of a fatal asthma attack. Awaking from his deathbed coma, he would find himself in a very different world, where he would get a second chance at life. As an inspiration to others, he has overcome blindness and physical disabilities to become an accomplished author, inventor, and poet. J. P. writes by using Morse code from a switch of his own design. Growing up in the lake country of northern Minnesota, J. P. LaRue was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman.
