Prissy looked up and saw a raccoon sitting on a branch in the tree. "What is your name?" Max, the raccoon asked. "My name is Prissy and this is my brother, Pete?" answered Prissy. "Mama Bullfrog told me not to come home until I felt better," said Ralph."Prissy, I am still grouchy, grump, and feeling poorly. I have been sitting under your Dad's car all morning, waiting and waiting until I can go home and be with Mama Bullfrog. "Prissy, Prissy, were you dreaming?" Mom asked. "I do not know, Mom, but my adventures on my twelfth birthday seem real," Prissy said.

About the Book
The Dream is a story about Prissy, a Ragdoll cat, celebrating her twelfth birthday with Pete her brother. The author takes young children along with Prissy and Pete on an adventure to meet their animal friends. Pictures of their friends, along with their names will help the readers experience Prissy and Pete’s adventure. After telling their friends goodbye, they start for home. They see Hobo their brother looking under Dad’s car. Hobo has discovered another new friend and there sat a big green bullfrog named Ralph. Ask yourself did this exciting day really happen to Prissy or was it just a dream?
About the Author
She is the author of a previous book about Prissy, Prissy: A Cat’s Tale. She is a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and enjoys traveling with her husband, Joseph. Her hobbies include crocheting, playing the piano, and singing in the church choir. She was a foster parent to four two-week-old kittens, has rescued baby birds and turtles, and saved a baby raccoon from dying. Her parents taught her when she was a young child to be kind to animals.
