About the Book
Bloodhound puppy Domino has been cooped up in the house for three days because of rain, and he’s getting into trouble. He chews the table leg, ruins his owner’s sock playing tug of war, and then he steals some freshly baked cookies. The rain finally stops, and he and his sister, Buttons, can be outside again at last! They follow their noses in search of something that smells awful, and to them, it smells awfully good! To find the awful, good smell, they have to disobey their human mommy, Holly, and leave the yard. They come upon a big brown blob that is making the awful, good smell, and discover that it is a dog. Will they be able to get help in time to save the dog? Domino and Buttons to the Rescue! is the second adventure of the two puppies, and this time, they come to the aid of an injured dog and act heroically to save its life.
