This is Bernie Keating’s twelfth book. His eclectic writing pursuits include books on history, religion, music, economics, science, and four novels.
He was raised in Buffalo Gap, South Dakota. In his youth, he had the aspiration to become a cowboy and ride the open range, but as an adult, he became an executive in a multinational company and rode airplanes around the world. He was quality assurance manager for the world’s largest packaging company.
He and his wife now live on a ranch in the Sierra Mountains near Sonora, California, where they raise maverick deer and stray cats.
