About the Book
Trapped: An Invasion by a Human Predator invites its readers to take an inside view of a forgotten crime. The plot depicts the life of a twelve-year-old girl, which struggles to survive the aftermath of a brutal kidnapping, rape, and attempted murder. The atrocity took place in early 1976, in East Saint Louis, Illinois. In addition, the book cover was carefully chosen to engage the readers to experience the torment of how I felt during this period of my life. Indeed, life was blue as the blue book cover, which shields the narration. In fact, my life was darker than the imagination could probably travel.
About the Author
Indeed, I bring greetings in the name of Jesus. I am a wife and mother of two beautiful daughters and two precious granddaughters. I currently work in the health care field. In addition, I am a part time student. At the present time, I am a published author of the book At Last Justice for a Just God. It has been an enchanting experience to share some of the poems written over the last thirtay-eight years of my life. Also, it has been a blessing to share an incomplete account of my life with the world. Meanwhile, I look forward to writing children's books and have developed a taste for a line of greetings cards. I hope that these two books serve as a witness that dreams can be accomplished, pending you set goals and follow through. I thank God for choosing me to become who he wanted me to be. Once again, I am proud to be of service to the best prosecutor the world will ever know. The finest judge the world will ever face. The greatest God the world will ever behold. In the name of Jesus, I tip my hat off to my supporters. May this book find you well. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
