This manifesto is purposed to help with personal development of those who are new to a titled management (leadership) position (i.e. supervisor, manager) and those that are experienced but seeking a different approach with relationship building with their respective teams. About the Author

Mary D. August-Anderson is a native Texan and lives in Houston, Texas. Mary has been a healthcare professional for more than twenty years and serves as a leader for her organization as well as her family. She is dedicated to the cause of leadership growth and development, both professional and personal. She also has a liking for the arts and enjoys many artistic challenges. Mary received her associate, bachelor, and master’s degrees from American Intercontinental University (AIU) in Business Administration and Operations Management. She is driven by helping others reach their designed purpose and skill set through leadership.
