About the Author

Felix B. Carter was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and in his early twenties he and his young family relocated to the State of Illinois. He earned his MS in Education (2011): a MA in Political Science (2005); a BA in Liberal Arts/Justice Science (1999), and a A.A.S in Criminal Justice Science (1988). He is a Substitute-Elementary Teacher for the Chicago Public Schools. He resides in Chicago, Illinois.
