About the Book
Sox is a cat who is abandoned by his human family. He finds himself trapped in an alien world of discomfort, loneliness, and being homeless. Sox has to adapt, learn to make friends, rely on the kindness of others, defend himself, and take advice from his newfound friend Robert the Rat. Sox learns to overcome discrimination and dishonesty. Sox learns how to reintegrate himself into a new environment and family and teaches us about the power one has when we adapt and adjust.
About the Author
He has worked extensively for children with psychological issues for thirty years and assisted children overcoming fears of night tremors, abandonment, loneliness, and the inability to fit in with peers. Children are able to identify with the main character or the cast of characters finding a platform within the characters to overcome their own issues.
