About the Book
I believe I have, by the medium of laughter, shared with the public some of the actual things that have happened to people in real estate situations.
I hope that my cartoons bring some humor and laughter to my readers that share and can identify with the experiences.
About the Author
Sometimes where you end up isn't where you started out to go.
I was born in Tillamook Oregon in 1947, and as a native of Oregon I received my frrst and only art class in the Oceanside grade school in
1961.
In the early 70s I began drawing various pictures in pencil, mainly of animals and only a few of people. Everything I drew turned out to be animated and I didn't think that I was any good at drawing.
By 1984 I once again started to draw, this time with colored pencils. The subjects were carousel animals and dragons. Some of my previous works of the 70s were given a poem to match the pictures which were destined to be a children’s book.
In 2000 I responded to an add in the Tillamook County shopper for cartoons and began Realtetoons; proving that you cannot believe everything you read. I am sure you all have read real estate ads where this beautiful picture is conjured up in your mind; so you make the appointment to view the home only to find that it is far from what you had pictured.
As a Broker I began to see the levity in the real estate ads, where what you read isn't necessarily what you get. I am sure you will enjoy and relate to my cartoons and maybe next time you read an ad you will chuckle.
