Dr. Roger White is a clinical cardiologist who has been involved with emergency care, heart surgery, and the development of cardiac imaging, research, and teaching. He trained at the University of Chicago and has been on the staffs of Northwestern University Medical School and the University of Hawaii. He has published numerous scientific articles and a popular handbook for physicians on the treatment of heart attacks using clot-dissolving agents. He is a founding editor of the Asian Annals of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery and is a frequent guest lecturer in both North America and Asia. His main interest now is preventive medical care. Dr. White resides in Honolulu, Hawaii.
