About the Book

Meet an excited little boy who has a grand adventure on a school field trip through town. Who would have thought that so much could happen to him on a simple trip to the local ice cream shop? Excited about eating ice cream and being with his friends, his actions get misunderstood by a nosy little monster. What will he do when the monster confronts him? How will he explain his field trip adventure to his parents when he gets home? This book is written for children who have ever had their actions misunderstood by adults.

About the Author

I am a middle school teacher who has a passion for being creative. I have a love for books and stories, with children’s books being at the top of the list. Story time is a staple in my home in Angola, Indiana, because reading is an extremely important skill in life. My husband and I cherish books and have been known on many occasions to drop whatever we are doing and read with our children when they bring us a book. I have fun in life and try to spread that fun around however I can. When my son started telling me interesting statements about monsters, I decided to write these down and change them into children’s books. I am a believer in doing anything you put your mind to, and I hope to pass this along to others.
