The Richards has always being rich and has more than enough. Unlike the Tenders who all they know is abject poverty and was homeless. Katherine has a tender, compassionate heart and convincing mind that he talked her father Mr. Richard into accepting the Tender. Out of ignorance and timidity, the Tender family mishandled everything they touched including food they touch while trying to clean or cook. Mr. Richard was not happy about it and was about to send them out when grandma intervened and said “Let the stay, they only wanted to help. About the Book
The Tender family is poor, cold, and in need of a warm place to stay for the winter. With Christmas on the way and their tiny house on the verge of falling apart, the Tenders begin their search for a new home in their peaceful neighborhood of Sharealee Lane. When their quest leads them to the Richards’ mansion, they decide not to stop, thinking that rich people are always snobby. Luckily, they could not be more wrong. When the youngest member of the Richards’ family sees the Tenders outside her home, she runs outside where she discovers their need for a warm bed. After she asks her father for permission, Katherine invites the Tenders to stay with them. But when the Tenders unsuccessfully attempt to show their gratitude for the kind gesture, one Richards’ family member must convince the others to embrace the spirit of Christmas and give the Tenders a second chance. The Big House on Sharealee Lane shares the story of a poor and a rich family as they all learn about the power of giving, gratitude, and unconditional love.
