With the end of the school year approaching, Marty Mouse is beginning to dread the lonely days of summer. Lonely because he doesn’t want his friends to see where he lives. However, through a twist of fate, Marty learns a valuable life lesson, and his summer becomes a promising adventure.
About the Author
Born and raised on the family farm in Southern Indiana, Linda was the second of six children. Solitude was rare to find, and Linda would take a book up to the barn hayloft for adventures via the written word. Creating stories to share with her family and having a favorite uncle who wrote his own short stories has led to the creation of this little book. After making nine cross-country corporate moves as a young wife, Linda settled in Sarasota Florida. She still resides there, continuing a twenty five year career in real estate. Linda has one daughter, Cortney, who resides in Bend, Oregon. Linda and her best friend, Baxter, a golden retriever, enjoy car riding adventures together.
