About the Author

Robin King has practiced yoga and meditation for two decades, and loves to share the joy those practices have brought into her life. She trained for many years in a variety of martial arts systems and received valuable insights from those studies. She has worked in technology, taught yoga classes, earned a black belt, and worked as a research assistant. Now, she lives in Fort Collins, Colorado and works as an occupational therapist, helping people to develop increased independence and success in daily life.
